Tim Francis - Lead Elder
Tim moved to Torquay in April 2007 to lead The King’s Arms Church.
Previously he spent 10 years leading the Newfrontiers church in Lewes, East Sussex and before that was a school teacher.
Tim is married to Jackie and they have three sons.
He is currently developing a new leadership team.
